The following are the terms and conditions for use of RITOS Solutions Pty Ltd (“RITOS”), notification service provider ("the Provider") by any customer (hereinafter referred to as "the User”” customer” or "Users"). Any purchases of RITOS products and / or use of the RITOS service are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Your use of this service is subject to these terms, meaning if you use the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. That also means, that if you do not agree with all the terms, you may not use the service.
Payments
Payments are made through a secure third party approved financial company. Credit Card information, is safely secured through a recognised financial institution. No credit card details are kept by RITOS. All prices are in AUD$. RITOS reserves the right to change the price of annual subscriptions and SMS’s at any time. Should there be a cost increase after the user has made purchases from RITOS, RITOS will honour all pre-purchased credits without altering the value of the purchased credits.
Services are provided to you by way of annual subscription. The subscription is automatically renewed on the date of anniversary subscription. All services will be active during the paid subscription period. Members will keep their account for life, however, in the event of non-payment no services will be provided. If reactivation of the service is required, annual subscription will have to be paid. We will contact you before de-activating your membership using your e-mail address or mobile phone number supplied when ordering. If annual subscription is not received in time, RITOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services. Subscription charges are paid annually and no refund will be paid in the event you stop using the service.
Orders
Please make sure your postal and email addresses are correct. If orders are not received within 14 days contact our sales team for status of your order. Incorrect orders received will be corrected at RITOS expense.
Postage
Orders are usually posted within around 48 hours of receiving full payment. If a product in the starter pack is not available in a particular colour, RITOS reserves the right to replace item with a similar item of a different colour. If an item is not in stock customers will be advised of the approximate delay expected. For shipping/postage outside of Australia shipping costs will be worked out on individual requirements. Authority to Leave: Registered post parcels must be signed for and will not be left at the front door. Insurance on registered post parcels is voided if the parcel is not signed for. This is to protect your purchase from theft. If customers do not collect their parcels from Australia Post the parcel may be returned to RITOS after a period of time. Customers will be liable to pay the re-postage fee. We do not refund orders if a customer fail to collect a parcel from Australia Post or if a parcel is returned due to the provision of incorrect details when placing orders.
Refunds
Every order placed is given a unique code that can only be used once - all orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. Annual subscription fees are non-refundable. Any manufacturing defect will be replaced at RITOS expense. If incorrect orders are received RITOS will pay for replacement, only if we receive the incorrect order back in original condition.

Notifications
RITOS will not be held accountable for SMS messages sent to an incorrect mobile number provided by the customer. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure the accuracy of mobile numbers. RITOS and its notification service provider makes no guarantees as to the continuous availability of the notification service or any specific feature(s) of the service. Messages shall be deemed to have been delivered when the notification centre has delivered/sent the messages to the immediate destination that RITOS software is programmed to do, including SMTP servers, mobile telephone networks, emails or any other intermediary server or API that is deemed to be the point of dispatch of the message. RITOS and its SMS provider cannot guarantee delivery of SMS/ email on behalf of mobile telephone networks or mail servers. RITOS reserves the right to limit the number of notifications per customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their details are kept up to date. In order to activate your RITOS account and use of services, customers must correctly provide us with the unique code appearing on the tag, loop or sticker on your RITOS product. If you enter the wrong RITOS code, or incorrect mobile phone number or email address, you may not receive alerts or other messages. It is also your responsibility to update your account information with any changes, in particular changes to your email address and/or mobile number. Due to unforeseen issues we do not warrant that the Service will be available at all times, for example it may be down for maintenance or as a result of a fault. We endeavour to fix faults as quickly as possible. RITOS services will not work if your subscription has lapsed. There is no maximum limit to how many tags / loops / stickers you can have per account, however RITOS reserve the right to limit e-mail or SMS notifications in the event of misuse.
Lost Items
Lost item recovery relies on the honesty of people. RITOS cannot guarantee that an item that has been lost or misplaced will be returned to a customer. When a customer is called by someone who found their item, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a safe way for the item to be returned. RITOS cannot verify finder’s details. A customer who has lost an item need to ensure that, when being contacted by a finder, the item belongs to him/her. Customers accept that RITOS services will only ‘work’ if property is found and the person finding the property provides their contact details.
RITOS does not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred by you or any third party using RITOS services or from any information displayed as part of the services or from any unavailability. Use of RITOS services is not a substitute for proper care and supervision of items. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have relevant insurance and to consider and decide whether RITOS services is appropriate for your needs. RITOS does NOT locate lost property.

Consumer Returns
The returns policy is superseded by the retailer's own policies. Products bought from a retailer must be returned to that retailer. If the customer requires a refund, they should refer to the retailer they purchased from and not to RITOS. It is imperative that any returns made are still in original packaging and unopened. The products MUST not have been activated.
Termination of Contract
If at any time we believe that clients have broken our terms and conditions, or the terms of any other agreement with us, or are using RITOS improperly or illegally, we may terminate or suspend the provision of services immediately. Clients will be notified by text or e-mail to the contact details provided if we have taken, or intend to take, such action. If your RITOS product was provided by your work or organisation, including products bought on their behalf, may lose access to their account in event of change of employment.
Item Returned Service:
In the event RITOS The use of the service provided through a carrier partner for the repatriation of items is subject to the carrier's Terms and Conditions. We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, business or revenue, whether direct or indirect and we do not compensate for any property lost that bears RITOS. Additional charges may apply for the use of the repatriation of lost property service. These charges must be paid at point of transaction. RITOS does not operate or offer any credit facilities to its members. All fees for membership and / or additional services are processed securely online. The activation of any stickers from a sticker sheet will count as if all the stickers on that sheet have been activated.
